[Video] Hong Jin Kyung Says Kim Soo Hyun Came Out of Nowhere and Hugged Her Before Disappearing
Once seeing him as his destiny on SBS’ You Who Came From the Stars, Hong Jin Kyung shared about a rather random experience with Kim Soo Hyun.
On September 1’s broadcast of SBS’ Healing Camp, Hong Jin Kyung talked about filming with Kim Soo Hyun during You Who Came From the Stars. She explained that when they were filming, it was very cold day and it was their second time seeing each other. “Then without saying a word, he came to me and gave me a warm hug,” said Hong Jin Kyung, making the MCs gasp. “He didn’t say a word. Nothing like ‘Nuna, it’s cold, right?’ He just came out of his car, walked over to me, and just pulled me into his embrace. Even the staff just stood there quietly and stared because they knew we weren’t close or anything.”
“After that hug, there should be talks about why he hugged or whatnot. If you hug a person, you need to at least have a conclusion,” said Hong Jin Kyung. “He just left. Like really. He hugged me, really tightly, then went somewhere else.” Hong Jin Kyung added that she couldn’t seem to ask why Kim Soo Hyun hugged her. She just accepted that he hugged her once and continued with her business.
“It’s still a mystery to why he gave me a hug, but Kim Soo Hyun is very strangely unique,” said Hong Jin Kyung. She later sent a special video message to Kim Soo Hyun, happily asking why he hugged her and that she is quite curious.
