There seems to be some misunderstandings about this quote and from it some commotion... so let me be a lil more clear~
It's just merely stating that a leader doesnt just seek for followers but rather leads, shares, teaches his/her followers so that the followers can also be leaders one day... and of course... YES, a leader must FIRST be a great follower to become a great leader~ Because in life we must all learn from someone or thru self experiences in order to pass on his or her knowledge to one another and so on and so on~
Thus stating "leaders create leaders not followers"
Meaning... Sometimes Everyone needs to take one step back and try and realize what is truly important in life and set good examples to one another instead of blaming who is right and wrong... cuz being "right" or "wrong", is, afterall just an opinion~
