Hey everyone~ lately alot of people have been affected by this deadly virus "mers"~Not only are there alot of victims but also people who are very afraid & therefore stressed of maybe having the chance of catching/contracting this virus~
Usually fear stems from "unknowing".. meaning the cure from fear is educating ourselves of what we fear~
So we should all try & learn about this deadly virus & get educated so that we can try our best to prevent further spread~ And since Im not a doctor & we do not know much about this type of corona virus disease, for now the best we can do is follow the steps that we already do know in how not to spread even a common cold until we can learn more~ For one, for the time being, try to avoid being in a very crowded place BUT if have to be there try & wear a mask to cover your respiratory openings such as your nose & mouth~ Also THOROUGHLY WASH YOUR HANDS with SOAP preferably w/ anti-bacterial SOAP! Also once getting home take a shower & throw your clothes in the wash~ spray your house w/ anti bacterial spray~ To keep your immunity strong eat well, take vitamins, get plenty of rest & drink lots of fluids~ And if u suspect u have caught a cold, DO NOT go to school or work & get professional medical help~ Empty ur trash cans frequently & spray the anti bacterial spray in it, tie it up very tightly and discard~ Lets all educate ourselves & help each other fight the spread of this virus~
