Gonna document slices of my house over the next few...I suppose it’s cause I haven’t seen it in 3 months and missed hanging my hat around here ?

My house sits on 1 acre of land in Nashville, I found it for sale on Craigslist getting on 3 years ago now. The lot was $30k, the land being the right price is the biggest reason I could build in the city. Those sort of deals seem long gone around here. Most slices will cost ya $100k+ these days and you’d have to build 2 house on it for it to make sense (or be wealthy or just live underwater for a few years).

My home is 1080sq ft and 2 bedroom, 2 bath. It’s not prefab, those still don’t make economical sense yet unless you’re in a remote area or just going high end. .
The vision for this place was to great a home I loved and felt recharged it + have it be affordable. All in my mortgage is $200,000 and is $1250/month. .
That’s my biggest encouragement for creative freedom in life. Try to set yourself up with low overhead so you can stretch your wings and need less ✨
