When I started traveling more frequently to watch Mike play in golf tournaments I realized I had a bad habit of going into vacation mode and neglecting my workouts, which would leave me feeling less than my best while we were away. Also, when I got home it was so hard to get back into my routine again. Awhile back I made a commitment to myself to prioritize staying active no matter where I am and it has made a huge difference! When I'm traveling, especially to new time zones, I often find myself feeling tired more easily, but there is nothing like a quick workout to get me out of that funk! If you make it a priority to stay active when you travel I'd love to hear your tips & tricks!
