My workouts aren’t sparkling with glitter. I’m not doing a different thing each time I train. I stick to the basics and play around with variations within that realm for the most part. If I’m lacking in motivation, I’ll bump up the creativity and have a fun day at the gym, but the BULK of my training looks like this:

💪🏼Compound movements
💪🏼Low reps, heavy weight
💪🏼High reps, moderate weight
💪🏼2-3 recovery days a week
💪🏼And I maintain an active lifestyle courtesy 💪🏼of dog walks and a tigger-like personality lol!

💪🏼WORKOUT💪🏼

🎉Box Squats with 3 s pauses - 5x5 - pausing at the bottom of each rep for a full 3 sec, I almost died haha

🎉Standard Barbell Hip Thrust - 4x10  I don’t think I’ve ever trained legs without including this holy grail of a glute builder

🎉SL Barbell Step Up - 4x8 okay so I seriously died with these. the steps were pretty high for my height but I’ve got some pretty good mobility so it wasn’t too bad, BUT add load to this and you’re feel fire coming outta your butt…. TMI LOL

🎉Banded Nordic Hamstring Curl Variation - 3x8 this is one way to burn up your hammies! I’m keeping tension and making sure I slow the eccentric phase by using a band of high resistance. Feel free to play around with this variation with the tools your gym offers!
