I know that because that’s what I’ve been practicing for years! 😆 When I choose LOVE over fear, that’s when growth happens, that’s when I feel at peace, that’s when I can be soft and gentle, that’s when I can create more love in this world. Just the other day I had this great opportunity to practice that. I was given an opportunity to create what I’ve been wanting in my life. But when it really happened, I got scared and my whole body froze. I found myself wanting to step back, crawl into my comfort zone where fear is. And thankfully with all the work I’ve been doing and great support of my friends, I choose into LOVE, took a leap of faith and jumped into the opportunity with joy! Life is full of choices! And I am committed to choosing Love over Fear again and again and again❤️ “愛”と”恐れ” どちらを選んでいますか？常に背中合わせのこの２つ。恐れや心配よりも愛を選ぶというのは簡単な事ではないけれども、練習し続けることで少しずつ上手になれる！毎日、1日の中で常に幾つもの選択をしている私達。愛を選択する事で成長が出来、心が落ち着き、自分が優しくなれる。そして、自分が"愛"を選択する事でこの世の中を更に"愛"で満たすことが出来る。先日自分がずっと夢に描いていたことが起き、本当だったら飛び上がるぐらい嬉しいはずなのに、一気に不安や恐れの感情が込み上げてきて、その素晴らしい機会から逃げそうになった私。でもその時に今まで練習し続けて来た”愛”を選択するという行動が私の一歩を後押ししてくれました。人生沢山の選択肢がある中、私は今日も明日も愛を選び続けるぞー❤️ #hawaii #chooseloveoverfear #ハワイ#愛」3月12日 4時31分
