Their dog, Sochi was limping and in pain. The beautiful black Lab needs leg surgery, but Julie can’t afford the procedure. "Sochi and I are inseparable. I live alone and became disabled 11 years ago. She became my service dog; I cannot even tell you how attached I am to her," Julie says.

Kelly tells Waggle the situation is hitting at the worst time. "I work part-time at a Dick's Sporting Goods store and trying to get my own career up and off the ground as a motivational speaker," she says.
