Maya got to know Jonathan through a prison ministry opportunity and started to learn about his case. Working with a team of lawyers, Maya helped fight for Jonathan’s freedom after he spent more than 2 decades behind bars. Maya’s commitment to Jonathan’s case received a long-awaited breakthrough when his conviction was overturned.
