A lot of us still have these beliefs engrained within us to this day, be it through DNA, family traditions, generations. Take the time to work on such traumas & heal them - you deserve to believe you can be your best and highest self ❤️ It’s time we root each other on, give females compliments, promote their businesses, support their visions, be nice about each other, let’s stop criticising each other and start loving each other, help a woman where you can even if it’s just in the girls toilet on a night out (love you girls!), or a smile when walking past.
