When the Class of 2020 graduated earlier this summer, the world had already changed forever. To mark the milestone, ELLE invited college photography graduates from across the country to showcase their skills in our September issue. For Parsons grad @daveedbaptiste, it was a chance to pay tribute to his mother, Marie, who works as a home health aide. In Baptiste's native Haiti, “it’s natural to see farm animals mingle with city life, like a chicken running through traffic," he says, "I wanted to bring that same energy to Brooklyn."
