It’s incredibly hard see someone you love go through a very dark time. It’s heartbreaking to know that they’re in pain and that you can’t do anything to take the pain away for them. Struggling with your mental health is difficult and personal. The only person who can do the work to get out of the dark place is the person who is suffering.
