I got to chop it up w brother #ThomasJeffersonByrd during breaks while filming #Bamboozled. Such a cool man. Seen him off and on at various events through time during the years. Absolutely one of my favorite character actors in Spike’s films (and a host of others: Set It Off/Living Single/Bullworth/Ray/Lackawanna Blues/Brooklyn’s Finest) but it was on Spike Lee joints in which he shined intensely. So sad man. Rest In Peace man.
