At the “Uminaka Flower Festival” at Uminonakamichi Seaside Park, held from September to November every year, the highlights are the cosmos and 20,000 Kokia flower fields which take up a total of 1,500㎡. Lots of events are held during the festival period, including "Hana no Oka"(Flower Hill) where seasonal flowers can be enjoyed, so it is packed with tourists from inside and outside the prefecture!
