Getting most of my exercise outdoors this year. @1stphorm has cute outfit options that are practical for being outside in LA heat. The women’s eclipse shorts are my favourite because when I’m in public I don’t want to be self conscious nor do I want to deal with creeps. Sexy workout outfits are great for home or in the gym but I love the loose fit and under layer coverage in these ones. The women’s solstice sports bra is great for the same reason. It’s supportive and sexy but I don’t have to be distracted by people’s reactions or my shorts riding up my ass when all I want to do is focus on my cardio.
