I’ve always had abs and if I don’t I think I look disgusting. Over the last several months I have gained more weight then I ever have in my entire life. This journey has taught me a lot. - I have struggled with my body image since the start of my fitness journey. After 9 years of having such a roller coaster ride with my emotions and what is acceptable to me I have came to a place where I am 100% accepting of my body in every stage shape or form. - What I’ve realized is it doesn’t matter how we look physically that makes us constantly bully and pick at ourselves on a day to day basis. It’s how we feel in our mind and heart. If you truly love yourself you will love yourself even in your weakest moments because you know that you are beautiful no matter what physically, mentally & spiritually. - Every single say is a day to celebrate our health physically & mentally no matter what chapter we are living in.
