INTERMEDIATE - 3 Rounds
ADVANCED - 4 Rounds
▪️1. 10 x PUSH UP PAUSE
> Really think about drawing belly button in at the bottom.
▪️2. 10 x SQUAT HOLD TO LUNGE
> Step back nice and far & press through your front heel to come back to squat.
▪️3. 10 x PLANK ROCK
> Keep your core drawn in & shoulder pulled away from ears with head looking up.
▪️4. 1min WALL SIT
> Press through the heels and keep your back flat in the wall drawing belly button in.
▪️5. 10 x PLANK ROTATION & REACH
> Really push the ground away with your forearms & move slowly aiming for high hips as you reach.
