ジェレミー・アボットさんのインスタグラム写真 - (ジェレミー・アボットInstagram)「Danced my way through 2020 and dancing my way right on out of it! In all honesty though I’m not great at expressing myself verbally. Movement is how I know to best express myself. As I transistioned out of competition and got further and further away from it I became more and more out of touch with my physicality; my form of expression. I look at these videos and cringe at how stiff and rigid my body looks, but 2020 for me was about emotional growth, connecting with my thoughts and feelings, and reframing the negative view I hold of myself.
