Remember this happy memory? 44 hours of labour that turned into pure happiness 🥰. He was finally here, skin to skin, where he belonged and now, he just turned 18 months old.

As most of you know, my birth plan didn’t quite go the way I planned it to, but I want to reassure mums that in the end, we can’t control the situation. Whatever happens, is best for the baby and it’s not our fault if plans change. Our baby’s safety is of the upmost importance. We sacrifice our bodies to become beautiful vessels for the beings that become our entire hearts. I would have done anything to have him in my arms, skin to skin.
