As I am an active person, I used to find yoga at some points quite boring and I just couldn’t bear doing the same poses over and over again. Instead of calming me down, it made my frustrated 😅  A few months ago my friend @joannatacha suggested to join her to do 200 RYT yoga course. As I said I haven’t had a lot of experience with yoga so I said I’d give it a chance.   And then I met our mentor @jyotiyogacoachingyou She is a real person of light, a person you want to talk to for hours, a person that spreads positivity and calms your heart. I am really thankful that we’ve met and I now not only acquired a yoga teacher certification but also a lovely friend💕  Yoga can be very helpful in both physical and mental health. It came out that yoga is a very big world which can be very different and unique. A world which connects your body, mind and spirit and most importantly it comes to your life when you mostly need it. Just as it happened with me!
