Here are some tips for relieving soreness in your ✋🏻 from overuse in the Lumbrical muscles. A lot of climbers develop Lumbrical trigger points, overuse injuries, or strains from this muscle being used extensively with pinching, crack climbing, open palm gripping, and specifically when one finger is engaged and the others are bent like in a mono pocket. Pain can be felt in the palm, between the fingers, and at the insertion. I met up with my PT, Laura @wavetoolstherapy because I have been experiencing some tweaks in my hand.
