Do you have regrets? If you're a human living on Earth, you have more than a few. But what keeps us tossing and turning at night? For 2 years, writer Daniel H. Pink (@danielpink) sought out the answer to this question and surveyed 16,000 people around the world. He learned that most regrets fall into 4 distinct categories — foundational, boldness, moral and connection. And he came away from his research believing that rather than avoid your regrets, you would actually benefit from looking at them closely. Doing this can enhance your sense of meaning, improve your skills in decision-making and problem-solving, and focus on what matters most. In fact, studying your own regrets can, as he puts it, "give you direction to a life well-lived." Want to hear more about the different types of regrets and how you can face them head-on?
