蓑衣黄瓜🥒 Suoyi cucumber, named after a type of cape made from bullrush grass in Sichuan province. I love pickles and crunchy vegetables anytime of day but especially at breakfast. This to me is a super fun knife technique and can really be applied to almost vegetables! Remember not to cut all the way through. #symmetrybreakfast
