This is from when I was writing birds by the sea. What a mess the session was haha. I did 5 million takes of the piano and then just ended up layering because it’s such a wild ride. Producing and writing this song is burned in my memory. Exactly the minute second millisecond I wrote certain notes. It kind of made me sad when I first wrote it. I feel like it really sums up being grown looking back at young love. But it’s such a beauty. it also makes me happy. Life ♥️
