トルコ🇹🇷南東部の街、マルディン旧市街地を巡る旅。
メソポタミア（社会の授業で習ったやつ！）の大平原を見下ろす山の斜面に、石造りの建物ひしめく旧市街の街並み。
とにかくエキゾチックに美しい。
日本人にはあまり馴染みのない街なので、街を歩いているとたくさんの人に声をかけられ、一緒に写真を撮って欲しいと言われ、歓迎されているのを感じました。みんな優しい。
イスタンブールとはまた違った魅力があって違う国にいるような感覚にもなりました。

A trip to the old town of Mardin, a city in southeastern Türkiye🇹🇷.
The old town of Mardin, with its stone buildings crammed together on a mountain slope overlooking the great plains of Mesopotamia.
It is exotically beautiful in any case.
As the city is not so familiar to Japanese people, I was approached by many people when I walked around the city, asked to take a picture with them, and felt welcomed. Everyone is friendly.
It had a different charm from Istanbul and I also felt like I was in a different country.
