マケナ・グレースさんのインスタグラム写真 - (マケナ・グレースInstagram)「“Hell is a teenage girl” - Jennifer’s Body 💀So so happy to finally release my EP Bittersweet 16💕🎂I wrote all of these songs over a year ago, so it’s weird to look back and remember what I was feeling at the time and to see how much I've changed. In writing and music I’ve learned a lot about myself (and am still learning) and a big thing I realized is that so often negative feelings get the most attention. In my own life, I'm working on focusing on more positive (but I can't promise the same in my music and writing just yet…ha). I get asked a lot if I still want to keep acting…yes!!! I LOVE acting and want to keep doing it hopefully forever! It has definitely been challenging for me to balance acting and making music…way harder than I thought it would be, so thanks for being patient with the release of this EP and for supporting all my random single releases : ) I hope anyone who listens to my music and can relate my moody teenage emotions will know (at least in my experience) that eventually some of the tougher feelings pass and it's normal and okay to feel things- happy, sad, angry, lonely…just don't give up and to repeat what some really wonderful people in my life told me- God has a purpose for you. Now that this is out, I can't wait to show you what I've been working on!! Keep an eye out in some of my music videos…I've dropped a few hints about my next project! I know I have a lot to learn and prove in the music space and I'm really thankful for the people I've met who have helped me grow as an artist and as a person…especially my team at @photofinishrecords who have been there through it all.
