NANZUKA will present the exhibition, “The Way of the Dragon” at Art Basel Hong Kong 2023.

Inspired by the title of the famous 1972 Hong Kong film starring and directed by Bruce Lee, this exhibition brings focus to the creativity of humankind that has constantly managed to overcome difficult situations. The booth installation for this exhibition will be composed by gallery artist Hiroki Tsukuda, with the cohesive theme of thought experiments related to “nothingness” and “creation.”

We hope that this exhibition will serve as an opportunity for viewers to once again reconsider our present circumstances, as we strive towards a sustainable society in the midst of the negative realities of global warming, viruses, and constant conflict between nations, and the positive impact of scientific and technological advances in fields such as medicine, communications, and IT.
