This salad has gained so much popularity & I just feel like women should know about it…🥕🪄 There’s some magic to these long carrot ribbons that contain fibres which bind to excess estrogen to help you eliminate what you don’t need from your body & keep those hormones balanced and happy! We need estrogen, but high amounts can create not so fun disruptions in our body like PMS 👎 so I love this gentle, natural way to keep things like that at bay & it is delicious!!
RECIPE:
1-2 long organic raw carrots (I shred mine in to long ribbons)
1 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp coconut oil melted
1 tsp @redmondrealsalt
Mix it all together and enjoy as a snack or a side dish!
