Caroline Slezak, also known by her stage name Care Failure, died last week.
She was the singer/writer for the band Die Mannequin and she was one of the best front people I've ever seen. Care was a really big inspiration to me early on in my career. She had so much charisma and talent. I was blessed to know her as a smart funny and kind human offstage.
