We are pleased to introduce the first-ever Blue Bottle Studio—a traveling, elevated coffee experience that showcases craft, creativity, and unparalleled ingredients. Our founder, James Freeman, and Head of Quality and Innovation, Benjamin Brewer, carefully selected the most exceptional coffees, innovating specific brewing methods for each to showcase their highest potential.
The studio environment is designed for a multi-sensory perspective. From the slow-drip brewing process reminiscent of traditional kissaten coffee culture to the barista’s uniforms, the intricate details create a fully-immersive sensorial experience centered on the coffee.
During the 60-minute session, enjoy a multi-faceted coffee tasting menu featuring rare single origin coffees from around the world and sweets specifically selected to complement the flavors and enhance the taste.
Blue Bottle Studio is now open in Kyoto and available only through reservations at the link in bio. Join us at our next stop in Hong Kong (Central Cafe) from April 14th - April 16th and stay tuned for future location announcements.
