🎞️ "Archive of Desire," a screening series celebrating the life and work of poet C.P. Cavafy, premieres next Thursday, May 4 at 6:30 p.m. in the New Museum Theater.

Widely considered the most distinguished Greek poet of the 20th century, Cavafy's works are reimagined in this series of visual poems that underscore the cinematic power of his vision and legacy. The screening will be followed by a Q&A with featured filmmakers Jad Abumrad, Elena Park, Christos Sarris, and Evi Kalogiropoulou.

Can't make it? All "Archive of Desire" films will be played on loop in the New Museum Theater on May 5 and 6. Seating is free with Museum admission, and tickets are available, as always, at the link in our bio.
