今朝は豆麺の大盛り。中華醤油を使ったミートソースで。

Saute onion and garlic in butter, then add chopped beef cobs and stir-fry until cooked through. Add salt, pepper, Chinese soy sauce, white wine, and simmer, adding pork sausage along the way. Serve with bean noodles, spaghetti Bolognese style.
