Lat pull downs: I like to do them neutral, wide, or underhand grip. I try and alternate grip each time to create a different stimulus.
Keep in mind these are in ADDITION to conventional pull ups and chin ups, not in replace of. As I feel that pull ups are incredible to building sweeping lats from the front.
