Summer was brutal and Sometimes I dated or befriended people just because they had good airconditioning at their apartment and $6 pizza/beer combo was a regular dinner. I painted all the walls and practiced all the dance moves and songs for my first Broadway show up there. My roommate Elisabeth taught me pilates and we would visualize our future selves where she would have a sweet husband and modern dance company and I would be getting up and going to my acting job on tv! I spent a lot of time picking out my MySpace home page song, matching it to my mood, and writing poems and watching dvds on my computer of old sex and the city episodes.
