1️⃣ 4 Sets:
16 Step Back Lunges with 2 second negative (8 each leg)
Directly into
30 sec Jumping Lunges
Rest 2 min between sets
2️⃣ 3 Sets:
10/each leg Front Foot Elevated Bulgarian Split with 3 sec negative (20 reps total)
20 Glute Bridge with Abduction
30/each leg Banded Fire Hydrant (60 total)
Rest 1-2 min between sets
3️⃣ 4 Sets:12 Hips Banded Stiff Leg Deadlift - 3 sec down/3 sec up
Directly into
60 sec Banded Walk
Rest 1-2 min between sets
