Ume-Shiso Tofu Chicken Nuggets
Serves 2

INGREDIENTS
2 large shiso leaves
2 umeboshi
A: 150g tofu
A: 200g ground chicken breast
A: 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
A: 2 tablespoons potato starch
A: 1 teaspoon black pepper
4 tablespoons vegetable oil

PREPARATION
1. Finely chop the shiso leaves and remove the seeds from the umeboshi, then chop them with a knife.
2. In a bowl, combine the chopped shiso leaves and all the ingredients under A.
3. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over low heat. Shape the mixture from step 2 with a spoon and arrange them in the pan. Cook until both sides are golden brown.
4. Once the nuggets are evenly browned, they are ready to serve!
5. Enjoy!
