CARBS ARE NOT THE ENEMY
Contrary to popular belief carbohydrates are actually your friend. Don’t be afraid to have some carbs after an intense workout or even before the workout if you are low on energy.
Currently I am dieting on 50% carbs, 35% protein and 15% fat. Calories are at 2,600 per day. Energy levels are feeling great and my workouts are better than ever.
Keep the carbs high while in a calorie deficit and continue to enjoy your workouts and daily life; all whilst losing body fat.
