He is a fashion doll collector with over 400 dolls and a Barbiecon attendee since 2014, who came prepared with a whole pink convention wardrobe “for Malibu Barbie vibes.” ⁠ ⁠ Mattel’s senior vice president of Barbie and fashion dolls, Kim Culmone, has been a designer for Barbie since 1999. “We put it in the box and we get it on the shelf,” said Culmone, shown in the fifth photo.
