For his second Wild Weekend, @Jackson Harries is off to Sussex to meet the thriving community at the heart of a rewilding project and stay in one of the incredible handcrafted treehouses at Wilderness Wood.

Joining in is encouraged here, and Jack soon finds himself helping out around the site, trying quigong for the first time, and marvelling at the impact of taking a short break from nature, just a few hours’ train ride from London.
