Our latest free display – Perilous journeys: reflections on migration – aims to represent the humanity and dignity of migrants globally 🌍
Perilous journeys reflects on the loss of people and culture through the impact of human trafficking and unsafe migration.
It features new works by Enotie Ogbebor (@iamenotie), a multi-disciplinary artist based in Benin City, juxtaposed with a powerful work by Mexican artist Betsabeé Romero (@betsabee_romero), who frequently uses discarded bus tyres as her canvas.
🏛 The Asahi Shimbun Displays ‘Perilous journeys: reflections on migration’ will be on display in Room 3 of the Museum until 24 September.
