40 Mins Full Body (holiday edition)✨

Nice quick HIIT to keep you feeling good whilst your on holiday or in your normal day to day routine.
I made them into TRI sets just so I could get more done in a shorter amount of time!
X10 of each exercise + 3 rounds of each set🫶🏽

TRI sets 1:
- Squats
- Bench Press
- weighted flutter kicks

TRI set 2:
- Cable face pull
- Elevated Reverse lunges
- AB Crunches

TRI set 3:
- Single Leg RDL
(Phone decided to die so I couldn’t film the last two exercises 🥲)
- Bicep curl
- Bear hold Shoulder taps

Finished off with some extra core💪🏽
