Many state events are held at the Istana, but the National Day Reception is special, where Singaporeans from all walks of life gather to celebrate our nation.
It was also President @halimahyacob’s last National Day Reception as President, which made it all the more memorable and meaningful.
Glad that we were also able to thank our grassroot leaders, volunteers, athletes, and guests who are all striving in their own ways to contribute to their communities, and make the Singapore of tomorrow shine even brighter. – LHL 🇸🇬
