This picture was taken on her final journey home where she would receive no further treatment to fight her devastating form of AML leaukemia. The reason I always hold a fist in my pictures, when I am communicating, when I am struggling or when I complete any of these monumental challenges is because this image always stays at the forefront of my mind, when in struggle or when I want to symbolise or display strength.. As it holds a very personal mantra which is very emotionally touching, hard hitting but extremely powerful to me. Even in the face of the inevitable, Azaylia was courageous, fearless, strong and uplifting to me and everyone else around her. The reason she is my hero is because I want to be like this for everyone who is now around me. You are truly the most beautiful, incredible, special, inspirational and life changing person I have ever met and you will have all of my heart for the rest of my life.
