Growing old is not about a number but more about loosing freedom. Freedom to move, freedom to run and play.

Most of us wait until we have to recover or rehab to put in the work to be healthy. What if you chose to do a little everyday to avoid getting there in the first place?

I realize that it’s my job to stay healthy, but shouldn’t it be a priority for all of us? I think the world would smile more if there were less back aches, fewer frozen shoulders and more PLAYING.
