８月２９日、森下陸上幕僚長は、豪陸軍主催陸軍参謀長シンポジウムにおいて、トンガ王国のツポウ 王国軍陸上部隊指揮官と今後の防衛協力に向けた懇談を行うとともに、ハイレベル間の信頼関係を構築しました。今後、太平洋島嶼国の重要なパートナーであるトンガとの間でＨＡ／ＤＲ分野をはじめとした協力を推進して参ります。🇹🇴🇯🇵

On AUG 29, Gen MORISHITA, JGSDF CS, held bilateral talks with LTC Tupou, Component Commander Land Forces of HMAF, Kingdom of Tonga, for future defense cooperation during #CAS2023 and also built a trusting relationship. We will continue to promote cooperation with Kingdom of Tonga, an important partner of the Pacific island countries, including the cooperation in the field of HA/DR.🇹🇴🇯🇵
