One of my absolute favorite episodes of @themotherdazepodcast is out now!! I remember seeing this photo of @クレア・ホルト (swipe to see ) and thinking oh man I get that. I saw myself in her tears, in the juxtaposition to the sweet sleeping new baby on her shoulder. I felt for her and wanted to give her a hug. It felt deep and personal and I was so glad that she shared. So often I hear mamas say “no one talks about……xyz….” This is a mama that shared a very personal moment in postpartum where she felt scared, helpless, defeated and thousands of mothers sent her love and it helped her so much. We can do that for each other. We can be there for each other in community and understanding that these days can be hard and overwhelming but you are not alone.
