"When is the right time to go to the gym?" ...it’s a question I get asked all the time. For me, there’s absolutely NO right time to go to the gym and giving an "ideal" time puts EVEN MORE pressure on women than we already have....and to be honest, it’s something that won't make much of a difference!

What actually matters is what you do AFTER the gym... for example, you should eat foods that help your body repair and recover so you can continue training without burning out, being too sore or getting injured. 💪
