No. 1 LOW BACK RELEASE 😮‍💨 This has to be my absolute favourite release at the moment...my body feels b r a n d n e w every time I do it 🤩

We need more rotation in our lives, pelvis rotating around the ribcage & ribcage rotating around the pelvis. Rotation helps to improve mobility of the spine & pelvis...super important for exercise, but also important for our day to day tasks.

Stiffness, tightness, aching, acute pain...especially if it is unilateral (one sided) if you feel any of these in your lower back, add more rotation into your training.

EXERCISE TIPS:
- if the band starts on your L shoulder, it hooks onto your L foot.
- start with slow continuous rotations (aiming to keep both shoulders on the ground) looking in the opposite direction your foot is going~ 3reps.
- finish with a hold, allowing your foot to come completely to the ground (lift the opposite shoulder off the ground to do this)...then slowly melt the shoulder down and B R E A T H E.
