Into the Forest, into the wilderness of my being, I open my heart and plunge into the realm of the plants.

They clean me, heal me, teach me. They show me the way to my truth. They offer a path forward.

Amidst the fear and pain, I see, feel and understand love.
Not as a taking but as a giving of the self from the heart.

With intention and attention.

As a prayer.

As the path

As the way.

The unifying force of creation, existing in everything, weaving us all together in the beautiful tapestry of existence.

It’s the place of peace in my heart, body, and mind where I access stillness and can remember the simplicity and perfection of being.

It asks of me effort, courage, strength, trust, surrender, faith and devotion.

It’s the guiding light that brings me home.

My offering for this beautiful gift is to live a life dedicated to the study of self and spirit. Devoting to the expansion of my awareness and shedding of myself that which doesn’t serve this divine purpose of walking in alignment with love.
