Once owned by Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis, the grand Federal-style Newton Baker House in Georgetown, Washington D.C., was declared a National Historic Landmark in 1976.
Originally built in 1794 by Thomas Beall, the house was home to the former First Lady for about a year just after the tragic assassination of her husband, President John F. Kennedy, in 1963.
Today, the nearly 16,000-square-foot compound stretches across three historic homes, connected seamlessly, and is estimated at $19.5 million. Bidding on this slice of history is open now through @conciergeauctions until 24 October. See more of the property through the link in bio.
